Pre-Shipment: “Pre-Shipment” means that the order has not been processed by the shipping carrier yet. Please allow 24 hours for a status update from the shipping carrier. If your order was processed on Friday, please allow a full business day to pass before an update.
In Transit: Your package is currently traveling from our warehouse in Los Angeles to the address provided! This usually takes 3-5 business days from shipment, however, can take up to 2 weeks!
In-Transit, Delayed: Your package has encountered a delay in shipment due to an unforeseen circumstance. This happens during busier the shipping carrier seasons, and usually resolves itself within a couple days!
Delivery Attempted: Your order was attempted to be delivered but the shipping carrier was unable to deliver the package. Usually, the shipping carrier will leave a note for you to reschedule the delivery or pick up the package from the shipping carrier. If you do not see a notice, please try contacting the shipping carrier.
Final Delivery Agent: Your order was given to another delivery company for the final delivery. This generally happens in more rural areas. Please let us know if you do not see your package after 24-48 hours of this status update.
Holding Item: Your package is being held by the carrier. We advise contacting the shipping carrier directly to obtain your package.
Returned to Sender: Your package was not able to be delivered at the time. If your status has remained stagnant for more than 48 hours, please reach out to our customer support team.
